Full service £295.00 all inclusive
- Biofilm Eliminator added to water on arrival, along with shock dose
- Filters are cleaned (new filters are available at additional costs)
- Clear each individual water jet of grit and dirt and to ensure that they can be moved freely and are as close to original performance level as possible.
- Every jet is checked and cleaned to regain optimum performance level
- Full maintenance and performance check
- Pipework and glue joint inspection
- Empty, clean, rinse down, and vacuum out the spa
- Make notes of suggested repairs, and carry out repairs agreed with customer
- Clean out head of circulation pump and check heater is clear and free of scale
- Inspect and replace any small seals if required
- Re-fill with fresh water, rinse and re-fit filters/replace
- Prime all pumps of air and re-commission
- Balance water using customer chemicals, and sign off the service with the customer
- Wipe clean and replace the cover, then apply protection solution
- Clean the cover
Call Out Charges / Breakdown
- Standard callout charge within a 15 mile Radius is £110.00including the first hour of labour on site
- Standard callout Charge within a 25 mile Radius is £135.00 including the first hour of labour on site
Stand call out in a 30 mile Radius is £155.00 including the first hour of labour on site
Re-fresh £235.00 all inclusive

- Filters are put into soak in cleaning solution
- Re-fill with fresh water, rinse and re-fit filters
- This also includes vacuuming out the cabinet inspection area.
- Empty, clean, rinse down, and vacuum out the spa
- Re-fill with fresh water, rinse and re-fit filters
- Prime all pumps of air and re-commission
- Balance water using customer chemicals, and sign off the service with the customer
Winter shut down £205.00 all inclusive

- Empty, clean, rinse down, and vacuum out the spa
- Drain water from components
- Shrink wrap the top of the spa
- Clean the cover and replace
- Leave isolator switch in off position
